Torrovap has developed process control software for PC integration of it's own MVS equipment. This software may also be customized for a specific customer project to control sputtering systems, coaters and metalizers. While monitoring all interlocked safety devices and vacuum pumps it monitors and controls process while recording all information to a user data base. We believe this control function allows the user to accurately repeat processes by means of a recordable statistical menu. The user is able to select from a pre-recorded or pre-programmed set of recipes or input processing parameters into the software and run an automated process. The software also allows the user to override and manually control the system if desired.
Within the software, operation recording is performed for the following:
- Vacuum Level
- Deposition rate - Angstroms / hr.
- Power input
